These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (simply-asking.com) and our coaching services, training programs, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
Simply Asking (“Company”) offers coaching programs, sales and leadership training, and educational content to help individuals and teams enhance their skills and performance.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Not use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Purchases and Payments
• All purchases made through our website are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace). We do not store your payment information.
• Prices and availability of Services are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change, and we strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all clients. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines below:
(1) One-on-One Coaching Sessions
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
• If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the session will be considered used.
(2) Group Coaching & Training Programs
• Group coaching programs and training sessions are paid in full upfront, and participation is non-refundable once the program begins.
• If you are unable to attend a live session, you will still receive full access to the session recording, so you can review the material at your convenience.
• There is no penalty for missing a session, but you will not be able to participate live or engage in real-time discussions for that session.
(3) Subscription-Based Coaching
• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
• No refunds will be issued for unused time once a billing cycle has started.
(4) Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
(5) How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, email us at info@simply-asking.com with your name, appointment details, and request.
5. Intellectual Property
• All content, materials, and methods provided in our Services, including but not limited to training materials, videos, documents, and strategies, are the exclusive property of Simply Asking.
• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell our content without written permission.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal or professional development.
6. Disclaimer of Results
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our coaching programs or training.
• Success depends on various factors, including individual effort, experience, and application of the strategies taught.
Your progress and results are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
• Simply Asking is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
• Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Refund Policy
• Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy (if applicable).
• Coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:
• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse our content or engage in fraudulent activity.
• We discontinue or modify our Services.
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
